Air separating table: TTS separating table separates with momentum and air
The eccentrics are among us, and in the case of the TTS, that's a good thing. The eccentric motor at the bottom drives the working screen in the screen box of the TTS. The separated material reaches the working screen via the inlet and a distribution device. A fan, also located under the screen, blows air into the machine. This causes the product to enter an air stream that separates light particles from heavy ones. The movement of the specifically dimensioned working screen transports heavy parts to the heavy goods outlet, while light parts are transported downwards to the light goods outlet.

Dry separation process - Thank you separating table TTS!
TRENNSO-TECHNIK® are the specialists in the dry separation process. We have always worked with this process in the field of separating bulk materials, secondary raw materials and foodstuffs. As a result, separation is gentle on both the product and the environment. In contrast to float-sink systems, which work with water as a medium, for example, pure air is the medium of choice here.
The efficiency of the dry separation technology in the TTS separation table is optimised through customer-specific dimensioning of various variables.

Admittedly, the TTS can do a lot, but some tasks are a challenge even for this separating table. The density of some of the products to be separated is quite close to each other. The greater the difference in density of the product components to be separated, the better. If the specific density is only slightly different, as is the case with related plastics such as PP and PE, things can get tricky. But atTRENNSO-TECHNIK® we have our own in-house technical centre for this. Here we can carry out customer trials with materials on request and by appointment. This allows the customer to gain an impression of the performance of our systems on site. With this process module, we gain real insights into the feasibility of separation technology.
