The bead mill is used to efficiently extract the finest metal particles from waste. It works horizontally with beater bars on a high-frequency rotor. The distance between the beater bars and the grinding path can be adjusted to suit the product to ensure optimum shredding.
The material is fed in either pneumatically or via a screw conveyor, while the material is discharged pneumatically. The peripheral speed is between 40 and 90 m/sec. and can be controlled electronically.
Thanks to the housing doors that can be opened on both sides, maintenance and the replacement of wearing parts are particularly time-saving and simple.
