The screenings are fed continuously and centrally via the inlet onto the free-swinging screen decks. These are supported by springs in the round screen housing. A vibration motor sets the entire screening unit in a rotary-vibrating motion, efficiently separating the material into several fractions.
Up to five screen decks can be used in a modular fashion depending on requirements. The outlets can be individually positioned using rotating screen decks. Various screen cloths such as wire mesh, perforated plate or double lug are available - customised to the respective product.
The screen decks are continuously cleaned by an integrated ball beater or optionally by ultrasound. This ensures consistently high screening performance and minimises downtimes.

The screening machine is designed for control screening, fine and ultra-fine screening and product dedusting. It reliably separates free-flowing bulk materials into several fractions and impresses with its consistently high screening performance. For efficient operation, the products should not exceed a certain moisture limit.
