VERSATILE SCREENING TECHNOLOGY FOR DEMANDING MATERIALS
VARIABLE SCREEN DESIGN FOR PRECISE CLASSIFICATION.
ROLLER DISC STAR SCREENING MACHINE RSS
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The screened material is fed onto the roller-disc star screen via a conveyor belt, distribution screw or vibrating chute, for example. Depending on the requirements of the task, the screening machine is designed with different configurations. Screening to e.g. three different grain sizes is also possible. The screening machine is driven by one or, depending on the version, several geared motors.
If required, the speed can be adjusted using a frequency converter. The individual screen rollers are connected to each other with chains. With several geared motors, screening can be carried out at different speeds. This ensures targeted screening of the material over the entire length.
The shafts with the stars or discs can be replaced individually and access is possible via generous maintenance openings.
Machine:
Thanks to its variable screen design, the machine sorts bulk materials and materials that are difficult to screen into different grain sizes. The products should not exceed a certain moisture limit. Use our technical centre for practical tests as a basis for selecting the required machine size.
Options
The screen is available with PU stars or discs in mild steel, HARDOX or stainless steel. Complete versions in stainless steel and surface finishes to meet requirements are also available.
