The bead mill is used to efficiently extract the finest metal particles from waste. It works horizontally with beater bars on a high-frequency rotor. The distance between the beater bars and the grinding track can be adjusted to the specific product to ensure optimum comminution.
The material is fed in either pneumatically or via a screw conveyor, while the material discharge is controlled pneumatically. The peripheral speed is between 40 and 90 m/sec. and can be controlled electronically.
Thanks to the housing doors that can be opened on both sides, maintenance and the replacement of wearing parts are particularly time-saving and simple.

The bead mill processes a wide variety of materials in the recycling process, in particular:
- Plastic-metal waste
- Metal foils from battery recycling
- Material sizes from 0-10 mm / 0-15 mm
The materials used are steel and HARDOX for the beater bars and grinding track. In combination with separation tables and conveyor technology from TRENNSO-TECHNIK®, it represents a reliable process element in the recycling of non-ferrous metals and other valuable secondary raw materials.
